UK ONLINE RETURNS

Please note , the buyer needs to pay for the return postage , and the return postage is non refundable .
You must obtain Proof of Postage when sending parcels to us as the items are your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. You can return items up to 14 days from the day your order is delivered. 
Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached where applied. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility .

Your return will be completed within 7 working days of your goods being delivered.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please send any returns to the above address. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an Email once your refund has been processed.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. If your return does not reach us within the valid returns period of 14 days from receipt, you will be given an online voucher for the value of your goods. While we process refunds within days of items arriving back to our warehouse, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEAMS

Please include your order number with any item you return. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect. 

Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

 

EXCHANGING ITEMS

If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
